What size should I order?

The shoes I want are sold out, will there be a restock?

As many of you already know, we at MARTINI produce our products ourselves, which gives us the advantage of stocking our collections as quickly as possible. We are always available for you to ask about a specific model and its availability. +359877817616

How long does it take to send my order?

According to the production time of your new favorite pair, the average delivery time is 3 working days, any period longer than this will be mentioned when confirming your order by phone. If you have additional questions, do not hesitate to contact us!

Which courier companies do you use?

MARTINI uses the courier company Econt for all orders within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria! For all orders outside the country, we work with DHL.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is shipped, with which you can track your package at the following link - https://www.econt.com/services/track-shipment

EXCHANGE AND RETURN

How do I return an item?

We at MARTINI always strive to make the ordering process or its return/exchange easier for you. That is why, together with your order, you will receive a detailed return or exchange form, located at the very top of your shoe box.

There you will also find detailed instructions and fields to fill out. Do not hesitate to call us at +359877817616 if you have any additional questions.

What is the return policy?

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order, after which the goods must be sent back within 7 days.

The goods must be in their original unused and packaged condition (with the original MARTINI box, wrapping paper, and a completed return form).

Returned products that do not meet this criterion will be sent back to you. Please ensure that the shoebox is safely packed, as we will not refund the full value of items that were not properly protected during transportation.

In case you want to return a product, the shipping costs are borne by the customer!

After returning a product, the amount will be refunded within 14 business days after we receive your order back! Please send the product back to an Econt Marten office – Marten, Rodopi St. No. 2.

Could I exchange a product for a different size, color, or model?

Of course! Please fill out the product exchange form (found in the box of your shoes) and send the shoes back to us – Marten city, Econt office, Rodopi St. 2

For exchanges, courier services are at MARTINI's expense.
