  1. The gift voucher is not issued and delivered in a physical copy - it is digital and in the form of a code. You will receive the code by email.
  2. The code is issued manually by our consultant, and is not generated automatically, so you will not receive it immediately after completing your order.
  3. Payment for the voucher is made only by bank transfer, immediately after placing an order for the voucher, one of our consultants will contact you to clarify the payment method and possible personalization of the voucher.
  4. The gift voucher is valid only for online purchases. It cannot be used in our physical stores.
  1. After you receive your voucher by email, you can forward it to the person it is intended for or you can print it and hand it over in physical form - It is important that the code is visible to be entered correctly.
  2. The code is applied in the field: "discount code" when you complete your order at checkout.

DELIVERY

According to the production time of your new favorite pair, the average delivery time is 3 working days, any period longer than this will be mentioned when confirming your order by phone. If you have additional questions, do not hesitate to contact us!

MARTINI uses the courier company Econt for all orders within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria! For all orders outside the country, we work with DHL.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN

We at MARTINI always strive to make the ordering process or its return/exchange easier for you. That is why, together with your order, you will receive a detailed return or exchange form, located at the very top of your shoe box.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order, after which the goods must be sent back within 7 days.

The goods must be in their original unused and packaged condition (with the original MARTINI box, wrapping paper, and a completed return form).

Returned products that do not meet this criterion will be sent back to you. Please ensure that the shoebox is safely packed, as we will not refund the full value of items that were not properly protected during transportation.

In case you want to return a product, the shipping costs are borne by the customer!

After returning a product, the amount will be refunded within 14 business days after we receive your order back! Please send the product back to an Econt Marten office – Marten, Rodopi St. No. 2.

Of course! Please fill out the product exchange form (found in the box of your shoes) and send the shoes back to us – Marten city, Econt office, Rodopi St. 2

For exchanges, courier services are at MARTINI's expense.
